So my son's 3DS screens will not turn on...there isn't any sound, no backlight comes on, nothing. To turn it back off, I have to hold the power button down for 10 seconds...I've already shipped it out to be repaired in the past because it wouldn't charge, and even though it was under warranty, Nintendo wouldn't do the repair for free, and the customer service rep didn't essentially told me he couldn't assume it was covered under warranty...(apparently Nintendo warranty doesn't mean much), so I really don't want to send it back to pay another $80 dollars for a system under warranty...any ideas as to why the screen stays black? It's really aggravating as both of my kids love Nintendo, Mario, etc, but I swear I have never had this many problems with any other game system in my life...even my NES worked better than this 3DS...The worst part is I paid full price for this system less than a year ago, and this is the second major problem with the system...any help is appreciated.
