I sent my 3DS in to be fixed and after Nintendo sent an email saying it can't be done, I was told a new one would be sent back. They didn't have anymore blue so I'm settling for pink. I check on the status of my repair as I do regularly but right now it says: "Unfortunately, there was a problem with your method of payment. In order to proceed, please click below to provide an alternative payment method or to have your equipment returned to you at no charge." but there was nothing click and when I called to set up the repair, I gave the man my card info and everything checked out. I even triple checked my account and I have enough to pay.
