My 3DS XL is able to access all internet features (Spotpass, Miiverse, Browser, etc.) but cannot access the eShop, either though the main menu or in game (such as Fire Emblem: Awakening). When it starts it loads as normal, logs into my Nintendo ID, then gives me an error message (code 011-5533). This has gone on for quite some time now and I've tried about everything I can think of from restarting, resetting internet options, resetting the router, trying through games... only thing I haven't done is reformat or reset my ID because I don't want to lose that data if I don't have to. What should I do?
