I sent my 3DS for a repair and Nintendo e-mailed me saying that I had to choose an alternate colour device since it could not be repaired, so I did. I then checked my Repair Order status and it says that my system is "In Servie". Fine, but underneath the icon, all of a sudden, it states: "Unfortunately, there was a problem with your method of payment. In order to proceed, please click below to provide an alternative payment method or to have your equipment returned to you at no charge." This is the problem, as I'm still under warranty and customer service told me the cost would be $0.00. What does this mean? and how long does it usually take for Nintendo to ship your device back?
