An error has occurred forcing the software to close. The system will now restart.

So, a while ago, I bought LoZ: ALBW, and I would get this error message every so often. I decided to truck through it, becuase as long as I remembered to save often enough, it was only a nuisance, that required me to reload the game about once every 10-20 minutes. Also reminded me when I have played long enough and should move on.

However, now, like 2 days ago, I bought the new Super Smash Bros. game for the 3ds and the error pops up a LOT. Even downloaded the demo before I bought the game, and the same thing happens. Basically, whenever it loads, there is a chance for it to happen. I haven't played online yet, since I amn trying to unlock everything and get used to the controls, but I can't even load up "Smash" without the game crashing. I can't play "All-Star" for more than 2 or so rounds before it crashes. And, even if I don't do one of those two, there is still a chance it will randomly crash on a loading screen (or anywhere else, really).
Anyone know what to do about this? Is there a fix? I heard that it could be a curroption of the SD card (although, albeit I didn't read much of the forum that said it, it doesn't make sense that that's what it could be), and even formatted my SD card, after saving my data to my computer, since I don't want to lose any of my save game data (especially for Pokemon X).

Is there something else it could be that I can do something that can fix it, hopefully something that won't require me to lose all my data (if it IS indeed my SD card)?
