Hi Nintendo,

Last week, I made add funds transaction to top-up my Eshop account via credit card. During the process, the prompt say ' transaction failed' and I dont get the funds, but it already charged into my credit card bill. How I need to cancel the transaction as I already made a report into Nintendo and they still don't reply me yet. Herewith is the details :

Can anyone help me, cuz I'm staying in Malaysia, and cant make a call to Nintendo.
