Is it shipped?

I recenetly ordered a Refurbished Midnight Purple 3DS on the Nintendo Store on 11/11/14. I recieved an email on the 11th confirming the order and an email on the 12th confiming the shippment of the order. However, when I log into my account and check the status/history is still says "Order Processing". Yet, when I click on the order number (or click the order number via email) it says shipped. I called Nintendo to check the status and over the phone it says that my order number is still processing. Is it shipped or not? This is my second time trying to order this product. (first time the systme was "down" when I ordered and it never went through yet still processed my money??)

 

Also, when I click my "tracking number" the item says not found. (I don't know if this affects it or not, but the shipment is going to a PO Box.) I'm hoping it comes before the release of Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire (friday), is that too soon to expect it to come in by?
