My Pokemon Alpha Sapphire Freeze after Battle Scene in Petalburg wood

My pokemon Alpha Sapphire freeze after the battle scene end in petalburg wood. The PokeNav function on the lower screen was not load when the battle Scene end. Or it was an black screen on both then the game was freeze. I have to restart my device and redownload the update patch then it not solve this problem
