hi, i know you cant change regions anymore otherwise the 3ds will lock the eshop etc, the problem is, i used to live in arizona with my fiance, problems occured, now im back at texas.. i want to change my 3ds location to texas, if i change it.. is it going to affect my 3ds? or is there a way that i could change it that it wont affect my 3ds?? thanks!!!!!
