3dsxl question about system transfer

So I recently got a 3dsxl and I wanted to do a system transfer with my old 3ds.So my old 3ds is broken and so I called Nintendo and they asked for both serial number after that they said that I was able to transfer my things and that it will take 2-3 day and today is the third day An nothing has happened so I was wondering what should I do? Should I call again or just wait and see what happens.
