Does it cause any problems, legally or functionally, to download Pokemon Bank onto a new SD card, and then delete the same save file on the old SD card, afterwards?

My question says all that I want to know. i know that I shouldn't have made the subject heading so long, but I wanted anyone who knows the answer to my problem to be able to easily tell what      I'm asking without the subject heading being too general.
