Hi, I really need some advice right now; about 2 weeks ago or so I received my MH4 New 3DS edition. After obtaining an Extreme Plus SanDisk 32GB micro SDHC , I proceeded to do a system transfer from my old 3DS and upgrade that memory which was the stock 4GB to the new 32GB. After re-downloading MH4, I started up the game. I managed to get through the naming menus and I believe all the way to near the end of the tutorial to where it plays the movie of when the giant fish is driven away. At that point the game crashes and proceeds to tell me that there was an error and the whole entire New 3DS resets.
Things that I have tried to do to fix it... and failed
* Switch back to original 4GB (re-downloaded)
* Re-format the 32GB (re-downloaded)
* Made sure I wasn't accidentally pressing the power button through out the whole tutorial
* Swear and scream at the New 3DS
Things that I have done to verify
* Can play all transfered over content
* Recently bought weapon shop de omassee..... and it works fine
* Can play the new Majoras Mask cartrage with no issues
I am literally at my wits end of trying to fix this darn thing, and I'm sad to since I was really looking forward to playing this game, yet, it won't work. I'm planning on calling the customer service about this but I have no idea if they can help, I really don't want to send this in if I have to (who knows what terrible things might happen, aka. identity theft or even "lost New 3DS").
Please if anyone has advice I really need it right now, I'm crying at this point since I spent $230 on a product that may or may not be defective
