Error connecting Pokemon X to university WiFi

I'm having a problem connecting to the internet through Pokemon X. I can connect my 3DS to my school's internet just fine, but when I click the little wifi button in Pokemon X, it gives me the error code 003-2102. I have had success connecting to the internet through Animal Crossing, just not Pokemon.

Any ideas on how to fix this problem? :\
