With the update before last the Internet Browser is unable to load even the mobile version of GMail [it gives a "connection error" and doesn't load anything] and unable to sign-in to LiveJournal as well as other website. I called Nintendo Support but they told me they hadn't heard anything on it and would "look into it". I called March 3RD and have heard nothing since. There are a few topics on it here, but not many and I seem to have heard more about users having this difficulty on Twitter & Tumblr.
I have never used any of the exploits 9.5.0-23 fixed, but I did use GMail so often. And without a smartphone this has been a great impedment to my daily usage. I would use it to e-mail screenshots withouy having to remove my SD card, and to keep track of game things in more detail than Game Notes allows. As it is I haven't used my 3DS much since, and have only left it on in hopes of a System Update with a fix [9.6.0-24 did nothing]..
If more people actually informed Nintendo it might have a greater chance of actually being looked into, maybe? It's very frustrating and dampers confidence.
