Pokemon Shuffle never recieved 6 jewels

Hi yall.

I haven't recieved the 6 jewels that Nintendo promised to me because I bought 12 jewels and then 35 more jewels.  That Garchomp competition was rough; happily though, I was able to battle and catch Garchomp! I didn't recieve the 6 jewels though; I thought maybe Nintendo would send them today... but no... not yet at least.  Please help me to know what to do about this.
