So I got T&T Mart like months ago and then i stopped playing for a good while (4 months if we wanna get picky). i logged back on recently and i see that Dr. Shrunk is nowhere to be found so i try to see if it is in my public works projects and it's not there i really want club LOL but it looks like Dr, Shrunk is never gonna show up?
