A few months ago, I purchased Metal Gear Solid 3D through the e-Shop. Much to my surprise, the purchase said it also came with a free theme for MGS3D. So, I had both downloads ready to go. The problem is, my SD decided to give up in the process of downloading the game (my assumption being MGS3D was simply an extremely large file for it to handle). Well, after buying a new SD card a week later, I downloaded MGS3D with no problem, but I noticed the theme was not. First checking the e-Shop under both "Redownload Software" and "Your Downloads," I couldn't find the theme, so I headed over to Theme Shop itself. After finding the theme, there was a price on it, and I was unfortunately going to be charged. That being said, is there a way I can retrieve my theme?
Note: If it means anything, I also had to "update" the MGS3D theme before they asked me to purchase it, so something in my 3DS or my account has had some sort of history with the theme.
