Title says the jist of the problem, and I've read other peoples troubles but I need clarity on a few things if anyone can help. So basically, I tried purchasing the dlc character bundle for smash 4 off the game. Went to the dlc shop thing, went to add money via my prepaid credit card I use to pay electric insurance rent etc etc... put in my current zip code as opposed to the zip code the card was mailed to originally and it stated that I could not add the funds. Phone goes off and sure enough nintendo charged the card anyways. I've seen in threads that banks will reverse the charges, but I want to purchase this and now there is no money on my card. not sure if the funds were withdrawn unintentionally which is impossible but maybe it glitched not meaning to take funds from my account since i put a different zip code, but nonetheless nintendo charged me for this. I would put another 20 on right now if I could purchase this, I really wanted to play roy and try out ryu, that's why i tried purchasing it in the first place. Not sure if this is nintendo's screw up or my banks, pretty sure its something to do with nintendo. in my transaction list it does still say 'pending' as it does with a couple other game purchases i made via online today. Kinda upset that it would put a hold on my card without adding funds to the store since when I tried it after when I didn't have enough funds, it wouldn't proceed to take the funds. It wouldn't put another hold on the card since there was no money on it. It knew the funds were sufficient but it still didn't add them. I'm fairly upset about this it's too late for me to call tech support but i'm going to be an unhappy camper if this is unresolved. Thank you for your time and reading this, it's much appreciated. If it does take a hold on the account, how long will i have to wait for the funds to be added? this should be instantaneously but it's obviously not. I read that it takes sometimes 3 days for a bank to reverse the charges but i do just want the dlc character pack in the end. thank you for the read again.
