Can't open Nintendo eshop

Hi,

For the last weeks I havent been able to enter the eshop at my nintendo 3ds,

Each time I open the shop app, an error code related to Internet  connection appears (this acording to the code descripción in the support website.) However I do have Internet with the browser and also I can play online games like super smash 3DS, do you know whats going on?
