Help with System Transfer

I currently have a 2DS with a broken screen.

I am trying to transfer data onto my 3DS.

I can use my touchscreen, and I have an internet connection, but I cannot see what i'm pressing.

I get to settings, and system transfer, I enter my pin code, and then it goes to the black screen before trying to connect to the system transfer service.

This is when I get an error screen I believe. I cannot see and the only clickable button is on the bottom. I do not know what the error screen says and why it appears since my 3DS does not run into this screen.

What is this error screen and how do I fix it?
