I've gone over everything available online. When I enter the error code, 011-3049, it suggests something is wrong with my internet connection, but my 3DS still connects to the web and miiverse! AND every other device in my house connects just fine. I've had this problem ever since I created a NNID. I'm too nervous to call Nintendo support because I'm hard of hearing and I don't know if they speak with American accents or not. I'm so frustrated because this problem seems to be over for most people. I even reformatted my 3DS hoping that that might do something but nope. If anybody knows anything PLEASE PLEASE let me know. I'm at my wits end!
