I bought a physical copy of the Pokemon Y game today and turned on the game, looking forward to enjoying the game. Instead, when I tried to leave the house for the first time, after the short scene with the two kids, it blacked out and gave me the error report,
"An error has occurred. Hold down the POWER Button to turn off the power, then turn it on and try again. For help, visit support.nintendo.com."
I don't know why it does that. I've tried restarting the game and even repairing the update but nothing works!
I just want to play the dang game. Does anyone know how to fix this?
