How can I view/download Mature-rated games on the eshop?

I created a Nintendo Network ID, and entered my real age with it. I am a minor, so now I can't view/download any M-rated games. My parents are fine with me playing such games, but I don't know how to get around this problem. If anyone knows how to fix this, please let me know! Thanks!
