Earlier today I was trying to add some friends using the local setting. Each time the person I was trying to add would show up under the local list, we'd both select each other in order to add as friends. Unfortunately each time we would get an error saying "Could not connect to (name)" None of the 3DS systems have parental controls set. Is this a problem with my 3DS local wireless since adding through internet still seems to work fine?
