Bravely Default Nintendo eShop Download :(

I am connected to the Internet to Add Funds for my 3DS and successfully completed. Then I purchased Bravely Default on Nintendo eShop, but when I'm trying to download the game, an error occured with no. 007-2914. I've tried to restart my 3DS and try it again, but problem still encountered; then I tried to reboot our wifi and successfully login to Nintendo eShop and in Nintendo Network but when I'm trying to redownload Bravely Default, a problem still encountered, as I checked the Blocks required for Bravely Default is 0!
Is there a problem in your server for Bravely Default. I just want to know why it happens. I've waited long to earn my money to get my hands for Bravely Default, but sadly, this has happen.
