My son's 3DS L and R button's broke. Instead of sending for repair we got him a 2DS. We did the system transfer and he got all his info. I moved everything to a bigger SD card and he still had everything. Last night after he left it charge the DS wasn't showing his games. The SD card still shows that is has all the info on it when I check on the computer. He redownloaded a game and when he went to play it showed that it had lost all his game play. He is very upset. I have Googled to find what I can do but nothing comes up.
