Hello, i tried to buy the new one piece for my 3DS on eshop. It says my MasterCard had an problem or something when i try to buy the game and funds the amount needed for the game. But my credit card account was calculated as if my payment had been successful. I lost my money in credit card and I didn't get money in eshop or the game ? So how can i fix my problem.
