Error code 003-2101 please help!

I have 2 2ds which wont connect in the internet, my pokemon Y and the 2ds it selves  both has their latest updated firmware but ever since nov 3 2014 both my 2ds wont connect in the internet, it wont let me connect  online in pokemon eshop and even the 2ds internet browser wont connect,  as I conduct a connection test, I got Error Code: 003-2101

also the internet icon on my 2DS indicates that I am currently connected

long story short after controlling my PC he was unable to resolve me issue

Please help! I cant play pokemon online anymore! T^T

I tried rebooting and pretty much everything the agent instructed me to do but nothing
