Zelda: Four Swords (DSi to 3DS)

Hello again, this is the last question about this u.u

I bought the new Zelda 3DS XL yesteday (excitement!!) and I tried to transfer my Zelda: Four Swords using the DS Transfer Tool downloaded on my DSi. I first used a complete transfer, everything ok, but the Zelda game remainded on the DSi. Later I tried custom transfer -> DSiWare and when I select Zelda: Four Swords this message appears on the DSi:

This Nintendo DSiWare cannot be transferred, as it is not currently available on Nintendo eShop.

So... there's no way to get it on my 3DS now? u.u
