Hello everyone, I recently bought the 3DS XL Legend of Zelda package and have been enjoying it greatly. But, I have an issue that bothers me quite so, I was playing Link between Worlds and shut the DS in the middle of the game, paused it, then shut it, normal right? When I opened it back up, however, the 3DS had shut off. I turned the console back on and realized that the date and time had reset to zero (1/1/2011 for date and 00:00 for time). My steps had also reset and now the console is acting a bit wonky with the activity log. This for some reason really bothers me and actually does even more so because from what I've heard, this is an old problem that I've been unlucky to get. This happens everytime I close the clam when playing a game. It has not happened to me in the menu or any sub-menu part. Also, a side note, I'm not sure what's up with the calling service with warrenty, I called, and the call dropped (?) it just hung up on me when I was waiting. The 2nd time, the specialists were "full". The 3rd time the person responded and we talked (gave him my info) and then put me on hold, it then hung up again after a while. Not sure what's up with that.
